HOW WE WORK

Hiltons of Chicago is the central sales and marketing office for multiple properties, including the historic Palmer House Hilton, The Drake Hotel, and Hilton Chicago. By replacing their outgoing staff designer with retainer services they increased their design bandwidth, decreased cost, and accessed a broader skill set.

RETAINER

To fill the shoes of a full time designer, we established a 120 hour retainer per month. The workload is distributed between two account representatives — one who focuses on food and beverage creative, another who focuses on general creative. Other designers interact with this client when their expertise will expedite a project, for instance when we produce web, email, or small branding projects.
