Conde Nast Sales Kit
When Conde Nast subleased their office space at 1166 Avenue of the Americas and moved into the Freedom Tower, Newmark Grub Knight Frank reached out to Michael Coleman, LLC for cost effective, versatile promotional materials. We wanted to communicate the finish and intention that are integral to the Conde Nast brand, but ensure that materials were versatile and could be modified as the project evolved.
To that end, we created a folder with silk material and a combination of clear and reflective foils. Inside, a booklet insert with large photography and property details sits in one pocket opposite a collection of loose insert pages in the other that outline availabilities, floor plans, details, and contact information. Per the client’s direction, a series of print ads and corresponding email blasts emphasize the journalistic component of the Conde Nast brand with language like “take note”, etc.
